Return & Refund Policy

Customers may request a return for eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included. Final sale items, gift cards, opened personal care items, perishable goods, and customized products are not eligible for return unless required by law or the item arrives damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect because of our error.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Exchanges

Eligible exchanges may be supported when replacement inventory is available. If the requested item cannot be provided, the item may be returned for a refund under this policy.
